Some Completed Projects

I went to a friend's house last night for a Christmas in July card making crop. First, let me tell you that I am not really a card maker. For some reason making cards intimidates me. If I have a sketch or a photo of a card that I can "cardlift" then I am okay, but to come up with the design on my own is so difficult. Yet, give me some 12x12 paper and I can create a page---or several--no problem! Card is a four-letter to me--LOL! Anyway, I did complete two cards that are "so-so". I need to tweak them a bit. The other two projects are kits I purchase at CKC last year and finally completed. Better late than never, right?! The Beach Album is a kit created by The Button Farm, located here in Maine. I just LOVE The Button Farm! Everything, I mean Everything, came with the kit, plus I had alot left over. The other Album is so unique. It is a flip-flop album made out of real flip-flops! No Kidding! This was designed by Quick Quotes and it too came with everything you need to complete the album. I think both albums are just too darn cute! So, I thought I'd post them and hopefully inspire you to create something "summery". Enjoy your day! Well, I ran out of time. I have to go to work. I'll post the flip flop album tomorrow.
