I love numbers. They can have such significance. I especially think it's pretty cool when our calendar dates have repetitive numbers such as today! Last year was 09-09-09. The year before was 8-08-08. Next year Veteran's Day will be 11-11-11. I wonder if there'll be any kind of extraordinary celebrations next year? And, what about the last double-digit date that won't occur for another thousand years!! 12-12-12. Of course, if we believe in the Mayan prophecy that the world will end on 12-21-12, then we don't have to wonder!
Being the scrapbooker that I am, I plan on creating a layout with the date of 10-10-10. I also have to create layouts for the last 10 years as well! It would make a great album to do 12 layouts using the dates of 01-01-01 up through
12-12-12, Well, that's all I have to say on numbers.
Although today's date is unique, I didn't do anything spectacular. I just decorated the outside of the house a bit to give it a feel for Autumn. My daughter and I went to a local farm to pick up a bale of hay as well as some more apples. We roamed around taking a few pics. What a gorgeous day it was as well.

A Wagonload of pumpkins
Standing by an apple tree--no apples on the tree though--they're all on the ground!

Jackie--such a sunny sunflower!
Me as a scarecrow.

Jackie's pointing to a part of the town. Actually, what you see is downtown Sanford
Another old building along Hanson Ridge Road in Sanford. Can you tell I love to take photos of very old buildings?
My Autumn decor (for what it's worth). This was my project for today.
Thanks for looking, my friends
