A New Project Completed

I just finished this artists tray from 7Gypsies for Amanda over at Your Paper Pantry for the Journal Me This November Swap.  Each month we get partnered with someone and share emails to get to know one another.  Then we create a journal page based on the theme of the month and send it to our partner.  Of course, alot of us go 'outside the box' and create something that can be a decor item instead of a page that goes in a binder or scrapbook.

The theme for November was "Dream(s)" or goals.  I started a mini album for Amanda and didn't like how it turned out.  I spent days and hours on this project and just wasn't happy with it.  Then, while cleaning/organizing my scraproom, I found this 7Gypsies artist tray and thought that I would use that!   I had the whole project completed in about 2 hours or so because my mojo had just kicked in.  I do hope my partner likes it.   Oh, it's done in pinks and purples because those are her favorite colors.

Here's a look at the  individual  trays.  I wrote down on some of the tags what she quoted to me as her dreams and goals.  She can use the backside of the tags for photos when her dreams and goals are realized.

I'm not sure why the photos came out sideways when they were uploaded.  They were 'right side up' in my pictures folder.  Sorry.

Thanks for looking, my friends!  Have a great day.

This is a beautiful project. I love all the soft colours and details. My pictures do the same sometimes when blogger is having issues I guess. I found a way around it by saving the photo as a .BMP 24 bit instead of .JPEG. then it will stay just the way it looks. hope this helps. Have a great night ad thanks for sharing. Angela
