I have been working on some scrapping projects for challenges and such and realized that I haven't posted since last Saturday! Wow! I just finished helping my daughter make a frame for a friend of hers. She wanted it kind of simple. Her friend is getting married in December and her colors are black and pink/rose. I hope she'll like it. I also had to make an ornament for a swap which I need to finish tonight and mail out tomorrow. Besides that I have to make 8 Xmas tags to be mailed for a swap on Monday and have 17 more Xmas tags for another swap due the 27th. Whew! I have a tendency of waiting until the last minute and then I just crank it up and work, work, work! It always gets done, but I stress out too much in the process! This frame, though, is missing something. My daughter just wants it as is, but I think it needs more. What do you think? The photo doesn't show it that well, but the black paper is embossed with some shine and glitter to it. I heat embossed the swirls along the edges (to hide the black paint smudges from painting the edges!). Shhhhh.........
Thanks for looking,
Lori

Ahhh, now I know why my daughter wanted so much space to be left 'empty'. She added her own decorations to it. I didn't take a picture of it--didn't have my camera, but it came out nice. Oh and thanks Nicki for my award!
