It's Beginning To Look Alot Like Christmas!

The snow ended in the wee hours of the morning, leaving a blanket of white over everything. I love the first snow--it makes the world look clean, peaceful, serene. It also gets me in the Christmas spirit. We got about 4 inches--not as much as was originally predicted. And now it's a beautiful sunny day! It's supposed to be in the low 40's so most if not all the snow will melt. I'm hoping to get my outdoor decorations up---although I should've done it last week when the weather was in the 50's! But, in a bit, we're heading out to get our Christmas tree and I'm hoping I'll be able to decorate it today as well. I'll post pictures of the tree later today or tomorrow. But, for now, enjoy my pictures of the First Snow.
